- SQSantiago Valencia QuinchiaNov 15, 20251.015 / 11 / 2025. I visited this Post Office and found that it’s now being run by a new team (apparently from a partner company). All the staff were new and wearing yellow shirts. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great: they seemed unsure about how to process parcels, and the line was moving very slowly. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, they closed the office right as it was my turn. If you need to send something at this Post Office, I recommend going with plenty of time in advance. Personally, I would allow at least two hours to avoid any issues.

Do I need to bring identification if I'm buying or exchanging currency in a branch?
If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
Valid passport
Valid UK or EEA photocard driving licence
EEA identity card
We cannot accept anything other than one of these documents. We may also ask for ID for some cash transactions and we may need to verify your identity electronically while you are at the counter (this is not a credit check). You will need to have a permanent UK residential address in order for us to be able to do this. We will not be able to proceed with the transaction if we cannot verify your identity.

You can load any of the following currencies on to your card. The card can hold up to 22 currencies at once, but they can only be loaded one at a time:
